The Partnerships activities are driven by a Board of Directors made up of senior managers drawn from HEP's broad range of stakeholders. HEP is recognised as a strategic partner by the Government Office for the South East (GOSE), the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA) and the South East England Regional Assembly (SEERA). Active support comes from the private sector and local government in Hampshire, Southampton and Portsmouth, the Learning and Skills Council for Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, Business Link, the Chambers of Commerce, academia, trade unions, and voluntary sector.
